Terms & privacy

Terms of use

By using this site you accept these terms. Content on the site belongs to Almajid Pro Gym unless stated otherwise and can't be republished without permission.

Each championship has its own entry rules, shown on its page. They form part of these terms when you register for it.

What we collect

When you register for a championship: your name, nationality, date of birth, height, weight, contact details, categories, the documents asked for and your payment receipt.

When you contact us: your name, email and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to review your application, check your payment, send you updates on it, and reply to your questions.

We don't sell your details. We share them only with the sanctioning body or show organiser when that's needed for you to compete.

Receipts and documents

Receipts and documents are stored in a protected area that only the club's registration and payment review team can open.

This site never stores card details. If online payment is added, the payment provider handles it entirely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to us through the contact page. Include your application's reference number if you have one.
